Heather Hart joined the Krauza Family Chiropractic team in December of 2005 as a Certified Massage Therapist. Graduating in 2003, she started working immediately in various salons around town and at the Hamot Wellness Center. Heather brought with her a wide range of experiences and teamed up with Dr. Krauza to help bring the awareness of the benefits of Massage Therapy to clients that would benefit from it the most.

Heathers expertise in relaxation techniques has allowed our clients to achieve that Mind/Body connection and regain control of their lives. While living more consciously and comfortably within your body, and by being aware of its imbalances, you can take control, and live a more healthy and vital life.

Heather’s role in the office has expanded throughout the years. Her newest title comes as Certified Wellness Coach. With our new Creating Wellness System she will help guide you to a level of wellness you never thought possible.

You will find yourself in good hands with Heather. Her witty personality and charm combined with her compassion and knowledge, allow our clients to feel very comfortable with her. Heather’s innate listening skills assist her to easily design a program that will help you reclaim your life today!

Dr Steve Asks some important questions of interest to Erie residents - Chiropractor Erie Dr Steve Asks...

Will chiropractic adjustments make my spine too loose?
No. Only the spinal joints that are fixated and "locked up" receive attention. The occasional spinal joint that moves too much is passed over so weakened muscles and ligaments can strengthen and heal.
Are chiropractors just concerned with the spine?
Our interest in the spine is because it covers the major communications conduit between your brain and your body. As a Erie chiropractor my job is to locate areas (usually along the spine) that interfere with proper nerve communications to and from your brain. Chiropractic adjustments help restore nervous system integrity. In this way, chiropractic care can affect the function of your entire body.
